Whidbey Weavers Guild Spin-In

About this event

Join us for 2 days of spinning at the Oak Harbor High School.
Saturday, April 18 & Sunday, April 19 10 am to 4 pm

Admission $25 – includes both days.
An optional fiber pack $15 will be available for purchase during the Spin-In.

Workshop participants should bring a wheel, e-spinner, or spindle.
E-spinners don’t forget your battery packs!

Marketplace open both days for Spin-In attendees. Open free to the public Saturday 11-1 pm
Group spinning throughout the weekend.
A liquidation table for equipment you wish to sell.
People’s Choice Competition. Enter your best handspun. Best Overall Handspun Skein and Best Item Created with Handspun will be awarded.

Our 2026 Spin-In will feature Jacey Boggs Faulkner — owner/editor of PLY and WEFT magazines, spinner, teacher, weaver, and writer. She is a ball of energy and just an overall delight. Jacey will be speaking on Saturday — topic is a surprise, but sure to be informative and entertaining! She will also take us from “Worsted to Woolen” at Sunday’s Workshop.

Enter your wheel- or spindle-spun skeins and handcrafted items to win a ribbon and prize!

Have used fiber tools to sell? A wheel, spindle, loom or books? Bring it!

HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE!
